plush towels daily service added comfort
The room included bathrobes plus slippers for added comfort. the provided beach towels were large and plush. I found them quite luxurious. housekeeping visited daily. The service was efficient and thorough.
the elevator near my room made a slight humming noise at night.

some issues
small gym smelly towels
the gym was small and lacked equipment. there was only one mat i could use. also, the towels in the gym had a weird smell to them. it made working out less enjoyable. i really think the gym needed more attention.

inconsistent experience marred by some issues
non-functioning fridge small gym
the fridge in my room did not work. despite informing staff, it was never properly fixed. this was quite annoying since i wanted to keep drinks cold. also, the gym was smaller than i expected for a hotel of this supposed caliber. it only had one mat and some of the equipment looked dated.

broken air conditioner poor response
the air conditioner quit on the last day a maintenance person reset it but it failed again i informed the receptionist we had dinner and the air conditioner was still broken the lack of response regarding this was inappropriate also the heat pump for our private pool did not work after i reported it to reception it didnt feel like a four star stay

great pool length ample sun beds friendly staff members
The pool spans about 40 meters, a great length for swimming. the beach offered ample sun beds. I never struggled to find one. the staff members were quite friendly. They always greeted me with a smile.
The gym was rather small. It had only one mat available.
